RefEx
NSW RefEx aims to help public library staff in New South Wales provide an excellent reference and information service to their community. It is to provide training and refresher information.
Staff across New South Wales have contributed to the project’s adaptation and development from Ohio Reference Excellence.
Access RefEx here http://wiki.libraries.nsw.gov.au/index.php/Reference_excellence. Good luck! If you want to share your stories, worries or tips about the training, use the comments box on this page or contact Patou.
If you want to suggest or make changes, you can the NSW RefEx team: refex[at]nsw-risg.org.

I finished Refex last year. At first I took it far too seriously and treated the modules like I would do an assignmnet for Uni. At the end of the day all you need to know is how to do a proper reference enquiry and satisfy our clients. No one is asking you to be a reference librarian. Aniko
